Claire waved goodbye to her dad as he drove off in his white cadilac. She stood up staright closed her eyes and walked forwards towards her new school. She was wearing her purple top and best jeans, she had to make a good first impression if she was going to fit in at this school. Her bag was flung over her shoulder as she looked around at all the different types of students, different gangs, groups..cults. Her hair was down, flowing with the long strides she took, she had to act confident,s he opened the doors and walked down the corridor, searching for her locker..321, 322, 323..324 She finally founder her locker, she did the code and opened the locker, placing her packed lunch in it. She guessed she would get the rest of her books in the following lessons.

West walked in with his bag over his shoulder, he went over to his mates and talked for a bit. After they had caught over her slowly trailed off to get too his locker, seeing a girl by there he guessed she was next to his. He walked up and smiled at her, opening his locked and talking out his books.

She shut her locker and looked to the boy who had appeared next to her, she gave him a warm smile and she locked her locker and throwing her empty back over shoulder. "Hey.." She said in a shy tone.

He put his hand out smiling "Hey I'm West, I'm guessing your new?" He tried to remember her but had never seen her, so it must of meant shhe was new

"Yes, Claire.." She smiled and shook his hand, holding her bag with the other. "Lovely to meet you West.."

"If you need anything, well just ask me ok?" He let go of her hand and smiled shutting his locker.

"Thanks for that, its muchly appreciated.." She smiled. "So what class do you have first? Mines chemistry.." She smiled, holding a empty folder.

He grinned "Same lesson..umm want to copy up some of my stuff?" He looked at her empty folder and raised an eyebrow.

"Urh, that would be helpful..Maybe I could take it home to copy?" She smiled and walked with him to Chemistry.

"If we don't have an essay..." He pretended to yawn "Our teacher is incredibly mean!" He walked with her as his friends behind him did wolf whistle, so he turned around "Shut it!" He laughed.

She laughed with him and turned around to the gang of boy who were acting like 6 year olds then back to West. "Oh? On your first day back..that is mean.." She smiled and walked in, looking around at the 3 spare double desks left, "So does your teacher pick where we sit?"

"He wishes!" He laughed and held the door open "Sit where you want, don't worry about the teacher caring.." The teacher walked in "Quick sit down!!"

She smiled and quickly sat down at the nearest empty desk there was, placing her bag under the table and her folder on the desk.

The teacher spoke in a harsh tone "West, late again..detention after school" West sighed and sat down at the empty desk by Claire.

"Sorry.." She whispered to him before looking to the teacher, a small fat man. Bad sense of style, a checkered lumberjack shirt with a green tie..Who would think to dress lie that? She looked to West and bit her lip raising her eyebrow towards the teacher.
