"Oh, no..Im fine..just feeling a bit, distant.."

Peter frowned, "How do you mean?" He sipped some of his drink and looked across at Claire. Something was up.

"Day dreaming, thats all.." She smiled at Peter.

Peter smiled, "It has to be healthy to day dream. They should do an experiment on it! I always feel better after a good session of it." He smiled back and took another sip of his drink.

She laughed and sipped her coffee, thinking about something, someone..

Peter frowned at her, then smiled. He'd seen that look before on many people's faces. He laughed loudly, making a few people turn round and look at him. His cheeks warmed slightly but he still couldn't stop grinning.

She looked up at Peter frowning "Something funny?"

Peter smiled, "Oh no, no. Just something in your eyes. It made me laugh!" He chuckled some more then finished off his drink. He glanced out of the window, seeing the sun starting to get lower in the sky.

"What was in my eyes?" She looked conserned.

Peter smiled, "Oh just something i've seen many times."

"Like? Peter, please..make sense.." She frowned.

Peter smiled, "You were daydreaming. But not the normal, absent minded daydreams which most people have. You were dreamin of someone!" He chuclked, knowing he was right.

She looked into her empty cup "Peter thats none of your buisness.."

"Oh i know. Sorry, i didn't mean to upset you. It was just ver obvious. It made me laugh, sorry." He bit his lip, worried that Clare wouldn't forgive him for his rudeness.

She smiled "Don't worry about it Peter.." She laughed.
